Vu is so awesome and is one of the nicest and most genuine people out there.   How wonderful that he was blessed with a beautiful voice like an angel on top of all of his other amazing qualities.

Lovely voices make people sit up and listen.....WHETHER THEY WANT TO OR NOT!  In this case, we DO want to listen!  Vu has a lovely timbre to his voice that makes you want to sit on the porch with a glass of ice tea and watch the sunset in a state of total sensory relaxation.

Uy Vu  has indeed improved a great deal from the 1st round,

 and the judges can see the potential in him to go FAR!!!  Uy Vu,

grab the proverbial bull by the horns and GO FOR IT!!!!!!

To me i think the last round always count that why there are some eliminate and some go to the next round. In this way, you can

tell who improve and get better, who stay good consistant, and who just stay in that level and doesn't get any better. I am voting for the

3 contestants of this final round before go to june7 are:

Kim ngan

Cao xuan uy vu

luu dai duong

these three contestant are the best choice to compete in final. I know this is the rite choice KIM NGAN has sweet  voice like ngoc lan, DAI DUONG has strong voice and great perform, UY VU hat rat truyen cam and improve a lot,  and has great perform too. The other three good too, but DAI DUONG, KIM NGAN, and UY VU are better choice. Only these three can represent for Dallas/Forthworth to sing next week.

If I vote for 3 just this round:

Dai Duong, Mai Tran, and Uy Vu......

However,

If I vote for consistency throughout this competion:  Noel, Kim Ngan, and Dai Duong still the best 3. Though, maybe someone will argue that you only got one chance to perform and compete; thus, each round is counted as a seperated factor then I think it's also true. 

So, win/go home....all contestants....make sure to try your best next round.  You know it's your last chance.

No such things as complaining......people already complained enough about the show and the people that run the show.....I've heard a lot from everyone outside of this forum already so enough said about the producer's and his/her plan.  Ask the contestants themselves and see how they reply about how "Fair" this competition is.

For the contestants, they worked hard, tried hard and very impressive, but that doesn't mean they can't improve.  They need the criticism so that they can fix it and perform better.  If u have the guts and the courage to come up to a competion, then u need to handle the criticism and should be able to take all the Negative Comments.  Professional singers still have flaws that need to be fix, but since they're professional so nobody tells them straight up what's good/not.  These contestants deserve (I think) to know how badly they did so they can go further.  If I was up there, I'd rather hear what I did wrong and how can I improve instead of "Good Job", "Perfect", "No Technical Issue".....come on????? Give some constructive feedback guys.....

I personally very impressed the last six contestants. They worked hard to get to the last round and did great job last week. In the last 10 rounds, they did try very hard. They all have problems, but they learned and correct them. They aren't perfect, but they did improve a lot from round 1 till the final (last week). You should sit back, enjoy, and watch and listen to them on internet on final round. Then pick out the one that have the most improve and did good to vote for. I've already voted for two contestants that i think they improved and did great job last week, and i think they are the rite singers to represent Dallas to sing a long with Asia singers on june 7.  I hope you vote for the rite contestants.

I must say, the last round of the show was definitely the best.  If I ever had any doubts, you six definitely proved me wrong.  I see so much potential in these young faces and such beautiful performances, be proud of yourselves because DFW definitely is proud of you all!!!  May I request and hope for a CD album release of GVC2008 singers in the near future?

To BTC: Thank you for this great show over the past three months, I look forward to supporting future GVC shows because you did a great job with this one.

To emden:  You must remember that most of the people who view this page are supporters of the show and the singers and do not appreciate negative comments.  If you think the contestants are not living up to your expectations than please come to the next GVC auditions and show us that you can do better.  You seem to be quick to judge, but are you a performer?  Do you know how hard it is to perform live and with so much pressure?  Of course they are not perfect, but are they good enough to become future stars?....YES!!!!  Watch the videos again and find the good in the unique performances that they bring onto the stage and applaud them for their courage.  Remember that most of these young singers are just normal people that are just taking their first steps to becoming stars, yet they can perform live with the skill and the energy of an established singer.  I would not be surprised if the fans cheer louder for these singers this week at the Majestic Theater than they cheer for the singers from Asia.  Once again, it is easy to criticize other people, it is much harder to go up onto that stage with a million eyes fixed on your every move.

I've seen a lot of your comments about the show and you seem to be complaining a lot.  Maybe it is just because you enjoy criticizing people while they do phenomenal things that most of us cannot.  Maybe you have nothing better to do but complain.....whatever the reason, it is time for you to post something else.....but if you still feel like complaining, then please take a second look at the title of my message.

This is where we come "AGAIN" to pick who's the best ones in Dallas.  I hope we don't have to go over this again because someone got sick this week :)

1) Noel - didn't sing very well this week.  Some off-key.  Been very consistent and very good until now. 

2) TrungCan - Horrible performance with off-key all over the places and "listen to the judges' comments" enough said...

3) Kim Ngan - What's with the horrible dance and "screaming".  Looks like she's about to beat me up; though, the band also beat up on her a bit.  Listen to the intro of how the keyboard went off the road.......

4) Dai Duong - very strong performance

5) Uy Vu - Listen to the judges' comments I think they seem to favor UyVu, but he put on a strong performance this week comparing to the other weeks.....soooo...

6) Mai Tran - Disagree with most people here I guess....WAY OFF-KEY at Intro......and then throughout the song......look at the guy play bass....he was staring the whole time like "what's going on man?"........He's been very consistent all the way until now, very disappointed performance.......I guess this song is just not his style......

Personally, I'd still go with our "Original" final 3 since they have the most consistent results throughout the competition.
