First of all,  Congratulations to all contestants.  You all did very well yesterday (Saturday, May 31, 2008) at Kim Hong's Restaurant.  The Platinum Band did an awesome job.  It was their best performance.  I was impressed.  I think that I'll hire them to play for my upcoming event.  Nhac cua thi sinh tu chon were also great.  Each contestant really showed their talents through their chosen song.  Songs written by Quoc Tuan were also soothing to my ears.  However, I thought BTC said that those were new songs.  Lam Tran Mai sung "Lam Sao Quen Duoc Em" and Luu Dai Duong sung "Trai Tim Bui Doi".  If I am not wrong, these songs were also sung by a famous singer, Luong Tung Quang.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWhOSUdr-XI&feature=related and http://music.vuilen.com/play.php?albumid=657&songid=7631  Therefore, these songs are not new.  Noel Truong, Kim Ngan, Nguyen Trung Cang and Cao Xuan Uy Vu had to sing "new songs" from scratch.  Songs that were never heard by anyone before.  Now please tell me if that is fair to those contestants.  Shouldn't it suppose to be  consistent?  All should sing new songs by Quoc Tuan?  I didn't believe my ears when I heard it on the radio and I believe that other people didn't believe what they were hearing also.
