To Whom it may concern,
 
You are hereby notified under provisions of Public Laws 95-109 and 99-361, also known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
 
Please let this letter serve as my official request for a complete release and removal of negative comments from the credit bureau reports.
 
1.      I am disputing the validity of your negative entry on my credit report under the terms of the FDCPA, section 809, a-c.
2.      The account date is over 7 years old and is NOT and has NEVER been mine.
 
According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, these inquiries must be documented or removed.
 
Please REMOVE AT ONCE any negative remarks from my credit bureau reports immediately as this has hurt my reputation in the credit community.
 
Failure to comply with this law will result in my immediately filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and this state’s Attorney General’s office. I will also pursue all criminal and civil remedies against you individually and corporately, as available to me by law.

Re: Removal of incorrect and outdated information
 
To whom it may concern,
 
I received my recent credit report from your organization (attachment A) and I am bringing to your attention the following outdated and incorrect entries that are not mine.
 
1)      The entry from xxxxxxxx
 
 
Since these entries are not mine and furthermore more, they are over 7 years old. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, these must be removed immediately. Please make the appropriate corrections and send me an updated/ revised credit report to me after these have been deleted within the next 30 days.
 
You are hereby notified under provisions of Public Laws 95-109 and 99-361, also known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
 
Failure to comply with this request will cause me to file with the Federal Trade Commission and the State attorney’s Office and seek legal remedies available to me by law.
